• 4 day work week – you get a 3 day weekend every week for the rest of your life
• Starting pay $20/hr // $40k/year – no education or experience requirements
• Eligible for +$4/hr performance raise 1st year

Apprenticeship:

• We practice the Decent Human Being Theory: we look for good people and give you all the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
• 1 week initial training in our Training Facility w Master Craftspeople
• 3-6 months side by side, on the job training w a Master Craftsperson
• Lead your own crew, your own tools and your own vehicle in less than 1 year
• Goal Setting and Review Meetings with you personally to chart your progress and see that you accomplish your goals.
• We train the craft, but we also train management and leadership – we create the industry’s most effective future leaders.
