3 step project management system
We think about work differently!
We look for people who share our core values, our passion for Craftspersonship and our drive to innovate an industry. We’re demanding, but supportive. We have standards but we’re empathetic.
Here’s why we’re different:
- 4 day work week – you get a 3 day weekend every week for the rest of your life
- Starting pay $20/hr // $40k/year – no education or experience requirements
- Eligible for +$4/hr performance raise 1st year
- Eligible for Health Insurance, PTO & Retirement Match
Apprenticeship:
- We practice the Decent Human Being Theory: we look for good people and give you all the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
- 1 week initial training in our Training Facility w Master Craftspeople.
- 3-6 months side by side, on the job training w a Master Craftsperson.
- Lead your own crew, your own tools and your own vehicle in less than 1 year.
- Goal Setting and Review Meetings with you personally to chart your progress and see that you accomplish your goals.
- We train the craft, but we also train management and leadership – we create the industry’s most effective future leaders.
